Welcome to the Booked on Fantasy Podcast! We are continuing our deep dive of Onyx Storm with chapters 29-33.
The quest squad sets foot on Unnbriel, the Isle of Dunne, in their relentless search for Andarna’s kind and much-needed allies for the looming war against the venin. With Prince Aaric stepping in as Navarre’s new representative—impressing everyone with his flawless Unnbrish—the squad secures entry into the mysterious island. But Violet is stunned speechless when she spots a young girl with hair just like hers among the temple attendants, all of whom bear the signature silver locks we've been desperate to learn more about.
Just when things couldn't get more intense, Unnbriel throws down a challenge: three members of the squad must face off against Unnbrish opponents—one of whom is none other than Queen Marlis herself. With two victories out of three, they finally earn an audience with the Queen, but there's a catch. She'll send soldiers to Navarre only if she gets twelve dragon eggs in return.
